Nice car, nice card. Unlike the card of other series or basic cars, the red striped cars come with information about the car's performance etc etc in this raceworld series. However that is just the side thing. THe main thing is the car, which I find of high quality both in terms of the casting and the decals. This saleen looks sleek and sexy in black. Was hunting since I had a tip off from a fellow collector that some Giant and Carrefour are restocking with the camaro/chevroletor wave. Anyway was hunting pretty much any chance I got. Managed to score some regular Chevroletors. Then I went to one TESCO and BAM Tescos are also restocking the Camaro wave. Anyway I feel really really lucky to score this super camaro.









Now if only I can find a super chevroletor. Anyway if anyone has an extra Super Chevroletor to trade with a Super Torino, I am interested.

Bugatti Veyron

Probabaly the fastest and most powerful road worthy car on the earth, the bugatti veyron is one of hotwheel's "Hot Auction" series for the year 2010. There is the other one which comes out in the Speed Machine series but I think the gold front grill seems a bit gawdy. Anyway I prefer this one and let me allow the pics to do the talking.

TH Camaro Concept Wave

Well need to blog about this eventually...so here goes. This is the newest wave at the moment, the thunt Camaro Concept wave or some are calling it the "ghostbusters" wave.



Anyway this camaro reminds me of the previous 2008 dodge viper thunt cause ts orange with white stripes on top much like the viper.





Its moderately nice but the printing of the colors especially the back which are pretty misaligned are common with all the camaros thunt I have found to date. The front too leaves alot to be desired especially the lack off detail. Anyway let the pics do the talking.

Who ya gonna call!!? GHOSTBUSTERS

My beloved show of the 80's has been materialzed in the hotwheels basic cars 2010. Who did not know the song? Who would not recognize the ecto-1?


I guess almost everybody my age would know this blockbuster hit. ANyway the hotwheels version is quite nice to me, not extremely detailed especially the top contraption but what do you expect for a hotwheels basic.



But the rest of the car is good and the side stripes and the back is acceptable. The car is metalbase so its just as heavy as any norml metal based cars. If you concerntrate more on its weight, you will find that its kinda hefty. :) Anyway this car is a must have for any Ghostbuster fan or even if you are not a fan for its nostalgic quality....ah the good old days....

VW Fastback Maisto 2007

Ok as promised, more picture of this wonderful car by Maisto, Seriously, maisto does make one of the most detaled and nicest looking budget line cars. For 19 ringgit/ US 5-6 or so, its reasonable. Anway let the pics do the talking

UPDATE 7-11 Hotwheels Hauls

Manage to find one more whcih I did not expect, Now I got four. Happy Happy :)



I only hit one 7-11 today and its the one that was still waiting restocks even after not recieving any since the last Friday and Monday deliveries. This one came on the 3rd day and to my luck, its another $uper....took my time to POS because not rushing to another 7-11 like a crazy guy for the last 2 days . So if there are similar 7-11 who were still waiting for deliveries, you may want to remember where they are and go take a look. Anyway enjoy

7-11 Promo again

As you may know, 7-11 is having a promo again and one item which we all have been looking forward to in this promo is hotwheels of course. This time 7-11 is offering hotwheels basic and Speed machines. Those who missed the covetted Corvette C6R Speed Machine hehe should go and look for it in 7-11 now as they are plentiful everywhere. As for the basic cars, the stock is limited to around 10-20 cars so that each 7-11 will have different assortments of cars but from the Chevrolater and Torino wave mostly. Anyway here aresomears in this wave. Hope you like them :)
